Verification of Copies and Extracts

NOTARY CERTIFICATION OF COPIES AND EXTRACTS IN ALMATY: TENDER DOCUMENTATION, CONSTITUENT DOCUMENTS OF COMPANIES, OTHER LEGAL DOCUMENTATION AND PHYSICAL PERSONS

Documents that you need to have with you:

  • Passport/ID/residence permit/ID of the stateless person, of the applicant (other documents identifying the citizens of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens, stateless persons)

Notes:

  1. copies must be in good condition, readable, not have erasures, crossed out words, unspecified corrections
  2. copies of documents with more than 2 pages should be stitched, numbered and sealed
  3. extract from the document shall contain information about several unrelated issues, as well as reproduce the full text of the part of the document on a specific issue
