Notarial Certification of Wills
Documents that you need to have with you:
- Passport/ID/residence permit/ID of the testator, stateless person (other documents identifying the citizens of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens, stateless persons)
- Information about the heir/heirs (full name, IIN, date and place of birth, passport details of individuals, BIN and registration data of legal entities)
Notes:
- preferably copies of documents identifying the heirs
- in case of testament of real estate/movable property – preferably copies of title documents
- personal presence of the testator is mandatory
