Notary as profession has the oldest roots of the formation of property rights and the resulting legal relationship between representatives of the human race. The notary

activity is included in the Kazakhstan legal system, based on the Roman canonical law.

Being a representative of the notarial community of Kazakhstan, my team and I are pleased to offer you a wide range of notarial services in the field of civil rights,

including corporate, inheritance law, land, family law, intellectual law, and more.

Moreover, present-day realities dictate to society new legal mechanisms for reducing conflicts between legal entities, such as mediation forms enabling notaries to expand

the range of actions for trustors. At the same time, we thank the representatives of the “elite” notaries of Kazakhstan – notaries with extensive experience who share their knowledge and experience with their young colleagues, while maintaining succession in the profession.

We strive to support the protection of the rights and legal interests of our trustors by providing qualified notarial services, participating in the further legal
