The Right to a Property Share
CERTIFICATES OF THE RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP OF A SHARE IN THE GENERAL PROPERTY (INCLUDING SPOUSES)
Documents that you need to have with you:
- Passport/ID/residence permit/ID of the stateless person, of the applicants (other documents identifying the citizens of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens, stateless persons)
- Marriage certificate – original
- Title documents on real estate – originals
- Technical passport for vehicle – original
- When issuing a certificate to the spouses for a share in the common property – other documents confirming the composition and size of the property
Notes:
- in the presence of encumbrance of property alienation, a certificate of ownership is issued only with the consent of the body that imposed this encumbrance
- marriage contract (if available) – must be presented to the notary to determine the common property of spouses
